Several of the 14 Attitudes of Tang Soo Do directly or indirectly relate to goal setting. We are working on Attitudes #4, #5, and #6 this month:
4. Maintain regular and constant practice.
5. Practice basic techniques all the time.
6. Regularly spaced practice sessions.
